Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Kunamix's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services, including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, logo design, and software solutions.

Kunamix Digital Solutions provides professional digital services including website development, mobile application development, logo and branding design, UI/UX design, desktop applications, custom software solutions, e-commerce platforms, and SaaS development.
All services are provided 'as is' and we make no warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of our services.
Project timelines and deliverables will be outlined in individual project agreements or statements of work (SOW).
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All projects require a signed agreement or SOW before work commences. Project scope, timeline, and costs will be clearly defined in the agreement.
Payment terms: Payment is structured in milestones as defined in the project agreement. An advance payment is required before work commences, and subsequent payments are due upon approval of each milestone.
Additional features or scope changes requested during the project may incur additional charges.
Refunds are provided only in accordance with our refund policy as outlined in individual project agreements.
All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed upon.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement.
Kunamix Digital Solutions retains the right to use project work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) states otherwise.
Any pre-existing intellectual property, templates, or frameworks used in the project remain the property of Kunamix Digital Solutions or their respective owners.
Clients must not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any reusable components, frameworks, or tools developed by Kunamix Digital Solutions.
All source code and design files will be delivered upon final payment completion.

Clients must provide all necessary materials, content, assets, and information required for project completion in a timely manner.
Delays in providing required materials may result in project timeline extensions.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any content, images, or materials provided to us.
Clients must respond to revision requests and provide feedback within the agreed timeframe to avoid project delays.
Clients are responsible for domain registration, hosting, and any third-party service fees unless otherwise agreed.

The number of revision rounds will be specified in the project agreement. Typical projects include 2-3 revision rounds.
Revisions must be requested within the specified timeline after delivery of each project phase.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur additional charges.
Major scope changes or new feature requests will be treated as separate projects and quoted accordingly.

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties.
Clients may request a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for additional protection.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect client data and project information.
Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of our agreement.

Kunamix Digital Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project.
We are not responsible for losses due to third-party services, hosting issues, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their websites and applications.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term.
Upon termination, clients must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
Kunamix Digital Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or violation of these terms.
Termination does not relieve clients of their payment obligations for work already performed.

Referral commissions are paid only after the referred client's project payment is fully received.
Commission rates: 20% for projects ₹1,00,000 and above; 15% for projects under ₹1,00,000.
Referrers must not misrepresent Kunamix Digital Solutions services or make unauthorized commitments on our behalf.
Kunamix Digital Solutions reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
Commissions are paid within 7 business days of receiving full payment from the referred client.
Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals will result in immediate disqualification and potential legal action.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
We will attempt to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.
