Will AI replace my staff?
No — it removes the repetitive part of their day. Your team stops typing, copying and chasing, and spends that time on customers and decisions.
Is it safe to give AI my business data?
Yes, when it's built properly. We use trusted providers that don't train on your data, give the AI access only to what it needs, and log everything it does. For confidential data, it can run fully offline on your own hardware.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
It only answers from information you've approved, and it hands over to a person when it isn't sure. For important actions we keep a human approval step until you're confident.
How much does it cost to run every month?
A small amount for hosting and AI usage that depends on your volume. We give you an estimate before you start and you can set a monthly cap so there are never surprises.
