About us
A small studio that builds software the way it should be bought.
Kunamix is a team of engineers and a designer from India. We started because we kept meeting business owners who'd paid agencies for months and had nothing to show for it.
01Why we exist
Most people who come to us have been burned before — a vague quote that kept growing, a developer who stopped answering, or a website they couldn't change without paying again.
So we work the opposite way. You get a fixed price in writing. You see working software every week. You pay as milestones are approved. And everything — the code, the domain, every login — is in your name from the first day.
That's it. No magic, no jargon. Just careful work, explained clearly.

02What we believe
Four rules we never break.
- Plain words, written down.
- Scope, price and timeline go on paper before any money changes hands. If it isn't written, it isn't agreed.
- You see it before you pay for it.
- Every milestone ends with a demo. You approve it, then the next payment is due. Never the whole amount upfront.
- It's yours. All of it.
- Domain, code, hosting, app store accounts — registered to you from day one. No lock-in, ever.
- Small on purpose.
- We take on a handful of projects at a time so the people you meet are the people doing the work.
